More Narwani Attacks on David Harris

I believe we have already mentioned about Sharmine "Dignity Rockets" trolling David Harris' recent thread about Coptic Christians, and later on she continued:

Classy, huh? Especially when you considering that Ms. Narwani should be the last one to be lecturing anyone about "sowing discord," considering her statements about Jews, and about caring for human rights. We all saw how Ms. Narwani had nothing at all to say about the Arab Spring uprisings (and all the death and suffering it entailed) and instead spent her time licking her chops and waiting to attack Israel. Her bias has never been clearer.

But I must also praise Mr. Harris for standing above it all and not feeding the Narwani-troll. Good for him.

  1. HuffPo needs to get a lot of feedback about Ms Narwani and her total lack of decorum and respect for her fellow bloggers.

Regular posters are BANNED for this type of commenting, yet Ms Narwani is PRAISED. There is something fundamentally wrong with HuffPo allowing Narwani's type of slander, and ad hom towards a fellow blogger.

  2. But not a word from Narwani on Muslims killing Muslims. She is concerned only when the Jews do it.

  3. Zach, you are being far too charitable.

For context, it's good to remember that Glenn Beck didn't come out of nowhere. He's the latest example of what the great historian Richard Hofstadter called "the paranoid style in American politics," which he defined as angry minds that traffic in "heated exaggeration, suspiciousness, and conspiratorial fantasy," and that see "the fate of conspiracy in apocalyptic terms... always manning the barricades of civilization."

And lest we forget, Narwani's slobbering love affair "interview" with Meshaal, head of Hamas. Not a single tough question. Nothing about their targeting and murdering Jewish civilians. Didn't realize her tongue reached that far down his throat, either.

OK, now I feel better. :)

Unless, of course, you are the *queens* blogger, personal friend, or share her personal views and agree to spew them.

Hey guys we've started to employ a slight comment policy. We used to have completely open comments but then people abused it. So our comment policy is such: No obvious trolling or spamming. And be warned: unlike the Huffington Post we actually enforce our comment policy.
