Tonight's HuffPo Bias

Ready for some more ridiculous bias on the part of the Huffington Post? Here's the headline for the "World" section right now:

All right. It is now time for a Huffington Post Monitor Challenge.

I challenge you: Our readers, trolls, lurkers, whatever to find me one picture of an Israeli victim of Palestinian terrorism published in a Huffington Post article. It can be in a headline, it can be an in article, whatever. Because in the two years that we have been "watching" the Huffington Post, I can't remember one. Yet somehow this Iranian scientist gets the cooing sympathy of all the Huffington Posts' readership.

(Juliano Mer-Khamis doesn't count)

If you manage to find one, you'll get a prize. I'm not sure what. Something. Even if it's just bragging rights.

Anyway the article itself, for all the claimed "exclusive content," doesn't have much! Here's the summary:

An Iranian scientist was blown up.
Israel isn't saying anything.

That's it! But it's off to the races for the Israel-haters:

Apparently the editorial board of the Huffington Post doesn't even need proof that Israel did anything wrong before firing up their readership with anger. There's far more sympathy for this scientist tonight than there ever was for Daniel Viflic.

  1. You don't really expect any sympathy for the well-deserved death of the settler-spy-occupier-Zionist-Nazi-apartheider-Untermensch, do you? He wasn't really an innocent boy on his way from school, that is just Israeli hasbara, he was one of the Elders of Zion just come from counting his money and on his way to a meeting about killing another innocent Iranian nuclear scientist!

Don't you mean a picture of an Israeli victim of an Iranian terrorist attack?

There aren't any pictures because Iran doesn't commit terrorism against Israel.

Not sure what the Palestinians have to do with any of this. I suppose since they are both muslim they are all the same.

  5. Zach's point, Anonymous #1, is that Iranian and Palestinian victims of violence are treated differently than Israeli victims by the Huffington Post.

Hey guys we've started to employ a slight comment policy. We used to have completely open comments but then people abused it. So our comment policy is such: No obvious trolling or spamming. And be warned: unlike the Huffington Post we actually enforce our comment policy.
