Boteach Writes, HuffPosters Rage

Rabbi Shmuely Boteach, who seems to attract haters wherever he goes, has written an article in support of the death penalty in the case of Anders Breivik, who went on trial this week. Boteach's opinion seems to be that 21 years (the maximum imprisonment in Norway) is not enough and that's why the death penalty should be kept around. Obviously, capital punishment is not a position that most Huffington Posters endorse, not even for the worst mass murderers.

So rather than argue on the merits, a lot of our "mere anti-Zionists" friends decided to start Jew baiting and deflecting to Israel, even though Israel is not mentioned in the article. Because, you know, there's such a big difference between Jews in general and Israelis.

Hey guys we've started to employ a slight comment policy. We used to have completely open comments but then people abused it. So our comment policy is such: No obvious trolling or spamming. And be warned: unlike the Huffington Post we actually enforce our comment policy.
