Anti-Semitism Flows Like Water

I could practically hear the Huffington Post editors licking their chops at the story that Israel may demolish some Palestinian villages to make a "firing zone." Obviously the tales of Hamas demolishing Palestinian homes was ignored, because this is the Huffington Post. But anyway, I wouldn't blame the Huffington Posters for not being happy at Israel based on this story, however it appears that the moderators took a break because obvious anti-Semitism roared into the comments thread.

For the purposes of this "HuffPoWatch" I'm only going to include comments about Jews, not hateful comments about Israel no matter how bad they are.

But remember, there's no anti-Semitism on the Huffington Post. Only legitimate criticism of Israel's policies.

  1. It's worth mentioning, that the HuffPo(expectedly), neglected to add, that all the structures that will be demolished, are located in Area C-therefore, under Israeli civil jurisdiction;
    They(the villages) were built there illegally, are mostly makeshift, and nomadic, and Israel has offered compensation.
    Would the HuffPosters outpour this much grief over a landlord evicting squatters from his property? I don't think so. Unless the owner was you-know-what/from you-know-where, in which case, to hell with Intl. agreements, property laws, etc; it's open season!

  2. You might want to post a link to the offending article (as per your usual practice).

  3. Post updated, David. Thanks.

Hey guys we've started to employ a slight comment policy. We used to have completely open comments but then people abused it. So our comment policy is such: No obvious trolling or spamming. And be warned: unlike the Huffington Post we actually enforce our comment policy.
