Today's Biased HuffPo Headline

The verdict is in on Rachel Corrie's death, and the Huffington Posters did not get the "it's all Israel's fault" verdict that they wanted. So the Huffington Post editors thought they would "prime" their readership even further with a biased picture for their headline:

I can't imagine what could be biased about that picture, do you? Feel free to contrast this with other headlines about the Corrie case that the Huffington Post used in the past.

Anyway, having primed their readership for the reaction that they wanted, the Huffington Post sat back and reaped the orgy of hatred:

On the Huffington Post, there is no truth. Only what the readership wants to hear.

  1. What you didn't address was the leading bias headline. Using the word SLAYING implies criminal intent just google the word and you will see it is synonymous with stories of someone who wantonly murdered someone. It's despicable.

Hey guys we've started to employ a slight comment policy. We used to have completely open comments but then people abused it. So our comment policy is such: No obvious trolling or spamming. And be warned: unlike the Huffington Post we actually enforce our comment policy.
