News the HP Doesn't Cover: Syria Clash in Refugee Camp

In an all too typical display for Israel haters, the HP ceased paying attention to the plight of Palestinians if their suffering cannot be blamed on Israel:

"Activists said Syrian troops and rebels clashed in a Palestinian refugee camp in the capital, Damascus, Tuesday.
They also said fighter jets have resumed attacks on the northern province of Idlib and suburbs of the capital.

Tuesday's airstrikes come a day after activists reported the most widespread bombing in a single day since Syria's 19-month crisis began.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and the Local Coordination Committees said fighting in the Yarmouk refugee camp broke out after midnight. They had no word on casualties.

Palestinian refugees in Syria tried to stay on the sidelines when the uprising against President Bashar Assad began in March.
But many Palestinian youths have joined the fight as they became enraged by mounting violence and moved by Arab Spring calls for greater freedoms. "

"Fierce clashes broke out before dawn Tuesday in a major Palestinian refugee camp south of Syria's capital, pitting rebels against troops backed by pro-regime Palestinian fighters, activists and a watchdog said."

Hey guys we've started to employ a slight comment policy. We used to have completely open comments but then people abused it. So our comment policy is such: No obvious trolling or spamming. And be warned: unlike the Huffington Post we actually enforce our comment policy.
