For your New Year's reading, Huffington Post blogger (and Iranian dual-citizen) Trita Parsi, exposed shill of the fascist Iranian regime, wrote an article about the recent controversy surrounding Chuck Hagel's possible nomination to Secretary of Defense. Although supposedly other members of the "pro-Israel lobby" have allegedly been working against that decision, I can't say that I have noticed it much besides whining on Twitter. Apparenlty that has now been upgraded to whining on the Huffington Post.
I don't want to go over the article itself too much, suffice to say that Parsi hits all the typical beats of a Huffington Post propagandist: all of Hagel's positive attributes are touted, whlie his negative attributes are ignored or marginalized. Anyone who defends Hagel is given a prominent place at the top of the article, any one who speaks against him is ignored or dismissed as part of "the lobby." The term "aggressively homosexual" never appears in Parsi's article; maybe because Hagel shares an opinion on the gays that happens to sync up with the opinions of those who pay Parsi's way back in the home country.
But let's not linger too long about that, it's time for the blatant anti-Semitism that was tolerated and endorsed by the Huffington Post moderation, and by extension the Huffington Post itself:
And finally, the icing on the cake from Huffington Post blogger Robert J. Feldman:
New year. New start. New world. Same Huffington Post. Same anti-Semitism.
