Syrian Children Need Help! Israel Blamed

The Huffington Post pulled a double duty on Friday with two stories about the poor, suffering Syrian children (and for once I'm not being sarcastic). Both of the articles had appropriate headlines:

But as you can clearly see by the comment counts, nobody particularly cared. You seem, 200,000 people who aren't even Palestinians just isn't enough to raise the ire of the Huffington Post crowd, since there is no way to blame Israel for it. But don't worry! Some people fought through the field of logic to blame Israel anyway:

And by the way, I'm sure some of the UNRWA money that allow the Palestinians to ride high off the hog would go a long way toward help the Syrian children. But don't expect anyone to remember that part.

Hey guys we've started to employ a slight comment policy. We used to have completely open comments but then people abused it. So our comment policy is such: No obvious trolling or spamming. And be warned: unlike the Huffington Post we actually enforce our comment policy.
