HuffPost's Triple Coverage Backfires

The Huffington Post couldn't get enough of the latest round of fighting between Israel and Gaza, even though as close as I can tell nobody was actually killed. They gave it triple coverage and sympathetic headlines, even:

As you can see each article racked up thousands of comments, which was no doubt the Huffington Post's goal. However, almost all of the top favorited comments were sympathetic to Israel and critical of Hamas. I guess it just goes to show that you can't fool all of the people all of the time. Just goes to show what a little common sense will do.
