Today's Settlement Spin

The Huffington Post covered some surprising news, that since Netanyahu's reelection no new settlements have to be built. But rather than just ignore it like usual, they spun the heck out of it. Check out the outside headline:

The answer is "yes," but that's totally besides the point because the picture is biased as hell. A heroic Palestinian with a flag behind a wall that says "no to the wall" written in English on it? Contrasted with some nice looking homes and Israeli soldiers on the other side? Don't tell me that the Huffington Post just didn't have enough pictures of settlements because we have seen that they can't get enough of them.

The inside headline has a clearer headline but the biased picture remains:

As you can see there are few comments right now so we'll let you know how the Huffington Post readership reacts to this. But I'm guessing that having been "primed" to hate, that is exactly what they will do.
