HP Encourages Lies and Hatred With Latest Gaza Clash

The Huffington Post displayed one of its trademark biased headlines today, and got the results it wanted. Here's the outer headline:

And here's the inner headline:

The headline places all the blame on the "Israeli army," heavily implying the "Palestinians" (not militants, alleged terrorists, etc.) were just sitting around minding their own business when the evil IDF shot them for no reason.

If you read the article, the IDF claims the Palestinians in question were tampering with the border fence, something that has happened plenty of times in the past, but at that point it's too late. The readership had already decided that the Palestinians shot were completely innocent of any wrongdoing, and some of them even arbitrarily decided that the Palestinians were children, despite the fact the article clearly states "Ashraf al-Kidra said the identity of the dead man was not immediately known." Others leaped to demonize the IDF and Israelis, spread blood libels and make Holocaust comparisons.

Once the whistle is blown, the hatred and lies come full speed.
